Wolves are reportedly keen to sign midfielder Matheus Nunes from Sporting this summer.
Portuguese outlet Noticias ao Minuto, via A Bola, report that Bruno Lage wants Nunes at Molineux.
The same publication reports that Sporting are willing to sell the midfielder to raise funds this summer.
They won the Portuguese title last season but they apparently want to raise 50 million euros (£42.8 million) before the end of the window.

Wolves are apparently keen to sign a new central midfielder before the window shuts.
They’ve been linked with Nunes’ Sporting teammate Joao Palhinha, but he would apparently cost a club record fee.
Some fans reacted to the report on Twitter and one felt that because Nunes is a more affordable option, Wolves can sign him and keep Ruben Neves at the club beyond the summer.
Others were just excited with the link to a player they rate and some want the interest to progress into a bid. Here’s how the report went down:
- Rodrigo Gomes gives another hint about his Wolves future, but it’s the best yet
