Austin Samuels spent the first half of this season on loan from Wolves to Aberdeen.
That loan deal was ended earlier this month and he has now sealed a permanent exit from Molineux.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle, who play in the Scottish Championship, have confirmed the signing of Samuels on an 18-month contract.

Samuels has already taken to Twitter to acknowledge the move, which brings to an end his association with he has been with since the age of ten.
He clearly feels it is a move he needs to make at the age of 21 to get regular football after he failed to establish himself in the Aberdeen side.
That said, some of their fans reacted to the move on Twitter, saying that he showed signs of what he could do with the Dons, but not on a consistent basis.
He has now dropped down a level in Scotland, and some of them felt that he could shine at that level with his pace and skill.
Wolves could do with a backup striker, but Bruno Lage has clearly decided that Samuels is not the man to take up that mantle.
ICT face Kilmarnock this afternoon and Samuels will be hoping to make his first involvement and ideally get on the scoresheet.
