Wolves’ players have been given some time off during the pause before their next game.
Some, such as Conor Coady, have gone on holiday, and nobody could begrudge some downtime after a frantic season with a small squad.

Fellow defender Marcal has been pictured doing some extra training on the bench ahead of the clash with Norwich in the FA Cup fourth round.
He can be doing sit-ups and sprinting across the sand, and there are other stations set out for a workout under the sun.

Marcal has not played any part in Wolves’ last two matches.
He was not in the squad for the 3-1 win over Southampton and was an unused substitute for the 2-1 victory over Brentford on Saturday.

The defender is clearly working hard to get back to full fitness and try and win his place in the team back.
He played 45 minutes in the previous round of the FA Cup against Sheffield United and may hope for a chance in the side for the next round.
When he does return to training at Compton, he will be hoping the training in his downtime pays dividends.
