The return of Premier League action means the resumption of Mark Lawrenson’s weekly predictions column.
The BBC pundit has delivered his verdict on how Wolves will get on against Watford at Vicarage Road.
Bruno Lage’s search for the first Premier League points of his Molineux era continues against the newly-promoted Hornets.

Lawrenson’s Watford vs Wolves prediction
Watford have lost their past two games after starting their season with a win over Aston Villa and I don’t see that run ending this weekend.
Wolves are without a point or even a goal so far but they have had plenty of chances and surely that will change soon, whether Mexican striker Raul Jimenez is allowed to play or not. Lawro’s prediction: 1-2
Lawrenson’s column was written before it was confirmed that Jimenez can play in this one.
That only increases Wolves’ chances of winning and he will view this match as a realistic opportunity get off the mark for the campaign.

Lawrenson’s fellow pundit Paul Merson has also predicted that Wolves will get their first win of the season here.
Merson thinks it’ll be a 2-0 Wolves victory and that Lage’s side are about to hand out a hiding to someone.
If Wolves play like they have in the rest of their games so far, they should win here, but it will be a different type of challenge.
