Aston Villa have suffered an injury blow ahead of their meeting with Wolves this weekend.
Villa boss Dean Smith has confirmed via the club website that winger Leon Bailey has been ruled out with injury.
The Jamaican international winger has been out since Villa’s 3-0 win over Everton in September.

“Unfortunately, Leon hasn’t ticked all the boxes for the medical department,” said Smith.
“We’re hopeful that he’ll be training after the Wolves game next week in preparation for Arsenal. Wolves is too soon.”
He also offered a wider injury update, adding: “Keinan Davis and Morgan Sanson are back in training while Bertrand Traore is being assessed for a thigh injury.
“Our internationals, I expect all of them to be back. We will assess whether they’re going to be available to play or not. [Emi] Martinez and [Douglas] Luiz are obviously the latest ones to come back, but they’ll be in the squad.”

Bailey was a Wolves target
Back in July, before Bailey moved to Villa Park as part of Smith’s attempts to replace Jack Grealish, he was linked with Wolves.
That rumour went down well with Wolves fans on Twitter, who will likely be pleased he is absent for this one.
Villa’s team news is fairly up in the air given the amount of internationals coming back from all over the world.
Wolves have a decision to make on Raul Jimenez but it is to be expected that he will start the game at Villa Park.
