The youngster only became a permanent Wolves player in the last transfer window.

After impressing on loan in 2020/21, Wolves secured the Frenchman for just £10 million from Angers. It was reported that there is a high 50% sell-on clause though.

Ait-Nouri has enjoyed a really bright start to the 2021/22 season.

He had to be patient, with Fernando Marcal initially ahead of him in the pecking order.

But he took his chance after replacing the Brazilian when he got injured.

His latest fine performance came in the agonising 1-0 defeat to Liverpool.

The Sun’s report claims PSG see Ait-Nouri as a ‘must-buy’ for the future.

Rayan Ait-Nouri to PSG transfer links were inevitable

It is no surprise to read about PSG having an interest in a bright young French talent such as Ait-Nouri. The only surprise is that such a report comes this soon.

Ait-Nouri’s Wolves career is very much still in its infancy.

Realistically, There is no chance he leaves in January and it’s probably quite unlikely he’ll depart next summer.

The 21-year-old has the potential to be special. Fosun looking to cash in on him so soon is surely out of the question.

Without a doubt, they would risk the wrath of the supporters by selling early.

Wolves fans probably need not worry too much. PSG having an interest in Ait-Nouri is doubtful because they have just invested in Nuno Mendes, who could have their left-back position on lockdown for years to come.
