Raul Jimenez has been linked with a sensational return to Wolves.
The Mexican former Molineux number nine recently opened the door to a potential second spell with the Old Gold.
Should Wolves make a move for Raul Jimenez this summer?! 👀
The former striker has opened the door to a sensational return with his contract about to expire at Fulham!
The 35-year-old had made the remarks after Wolves’ final home game against Fulham, which certainly got a lot of people excited.
Early talks have been held about a potential return for Raul Jimenez.
And earlier today, a photograph appearing to show Jimenez at Molineux in Wolves’ new kit started doing the rounds on social media – and journalist Liam Keen has now given an update.
Raul Jimenez Molineux photograph circling social media branded ‘fake’

Earlier today, a user on X shared a photo of Jimenez at Molineux.
Jimenez was stood having his photograph taken, and the shirt he was wearing appeared to be the new home shirt, complete with new sponsor Midnite.
The image did get quite a few people excited.
But journalist Liam Keen has confirmed that the photo is ‘fake’.
He added on X: “Wolves have had discussions with Raul Jimenez over a return to the club, as we reported previously, and the player is due to make a decision on his future this summer.”
Some supporters have talked up the amazing prospect of Wolves doing a double announcement this Friday when the new kit is released, with Jimenez simultaneously being announced as a new signing.
But it looks as though that won’t be happening.
Of course, Jimenez has been called up by Mexico for the World Cup, so his focus will likely be firmly on that at the moment. The team are now together ahead of the tournament kicking off on June 11.
As co-hosts, Mexico will actually be contesting the first match. They play South Africa at Estadio Banorte.
Who should Nathan Shi and Matt Jackson be looking to bring in at Wolves this summer? 🤔
Let's hear your suggestions – and they don't have to be any of the four players pictured!
But before that, Mexico will play one final friendly against Serbia this Friday.
So Wolves fans may have to be a little patient this summer for Jimenez developments. But hopefully it’s something we do see.
Because a return for such a popular former player could genuinely provide an absolutely huge lift within the football club.
