Wolves are gearing up for their final home game of their sorry season, with Fulham the opponents at Molineux.
Wolves have been in terrible form since coming back from the last international break, and just two games remain now to avoid a truly disgraceful end to the campaign.
The defeat to Brighton saw Rob Edwards call out the players after the game, and hopefully this will now have some kind of effect.
Let’s hear your predictions for Wolves’ final home game of the season vs Fulham?
Defeat here would see Wolves equal a club record of 25 losses in a single campaign 🥴
Edwards’ tone was completely different compared to previous weeks, with the manager even saying that several need to go this summer.
Wolves have their last game of the season at Molineux on Saturday, and it’s about giving those loyal fans something to cling onto for next season.
Although many of them will now be back, it’s about sending out the right message.
And here is the starting XI Edwards should consider using.
Predicted Wolves XI vs Fulham, three changes including Rodrigo Gomes

It’s unclear as of yet whether Jose Sa is back fit. If he’s not then Dan Bentley will continue in goal. Edwards will provide an update today about Sa’s condition.
The backline might just see one change, with Ladislav Krejci returning on the left side in place of Toti Gomes. Yerson Mosquera and Santiago Bueno are likely to keep their places.
Mosquera was really poor against Brighton though, so it’s not out of the question he could be dropped for Matt Doherty.
Pedro Lima also had a tough time against Brighton, so maybe Rodrigo Gomes will come in a right wing-back, with Hugo Bueno to continue on the left.
Rodrigo has had made an impact off the bench in several games this season, but Edwards ideally needs to start him in these last two games ahead of him hopefully staying and being a regular next season.
In midfield, Joao Gomes and Andre will probably play as usual – these last two games are effectively opportunities to get the pair into the shop window. That said, Gomes looks all set to join Atletico Madrid.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde hasn’t started any of the last three games for Wolves and he needs bringing in here, as one of the most creative players Edwards has.
Mateus Mane should probably keep his place – it’s paramount he plays as much as possible for a couple of reasons.
Would this Wolves team be capable of getting anything in the final home game vs Fulham? 🤔
Let us know if you'd make any changes…
Like with Andre, it’s a chance for Wolves to get Mane in the spotlight ahead of selling him for big money. Ideally though Wanderers will keep him, so just getting more minutes into his legs at the top level can only be a good thing.
Adam Armstrong should continue to lead the line, and he certainly needs better service.
It’s a very hard task for him at the moment as it’s clear the quality just isn’t there around him.
