The president of Napoli Aurelio De Laurentiis would sign Wolves star Adama Traore ‘immediately’ if he could.
Arena Napoli report that the Serie A champions are still keen to sign the Spaniard this summer.

Traore may well have played his final game for Wolves last weekend against Arsenal.
The 27-year-old’s contract at Molineux runs out at the end of June. And there has been no movement on him signing an extension.
Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui has suggested he wants to keep hold of Traore.
But he’s also suggested that he is being prevented from re-signing players due to the club’s current financial concerns.
Few Wolves fans are expecting Traore to still be a Wolves player next season.
The feeling for many is that he would have signed a new deal by now if he really wanted to stay.

Napoli have been linked with Traore for quite a while now, and this latest report from Arena Napoli suggests the club’s president De Laurentiis really likes the player. And if it were down to him, he would sign him ‘immediately’.
Traore is said to be ‘intrigued by Naples’.
It is then added that De Laurentiis and others would like to speak to the new head coach before deciding whether to pursue Traore.
Luciano Spalletti recently left the club to take a sabbatical.
Adama Traore will surely leave Wolves amid claim Napoli’s president would love to sign him
So it looks like De Laurentiis is a really big fan of Traore.
But he is clearly quite keen to ensure that whoever he appoints as the new manager would be keen to sign the Spaniard like he does.
Even if Napoli don’t end up going for Traore, it’s hard to see him extending his contract at Wolves.

He’s been at Molineux since 2018 on the same contract, and he will undoubtedly be able to earn more if he moved away.
Clubs know he’ll be a free agent and that usually always means players can negotiate better financial packages.
Traore is 27 now and it does just feel that the time is right for him to take up a new challenge.
