Wolves potentially have competition to sign Raphael Guerreiro in the form of Manchester City.
According to The Sun, the Premier League and FA Cup winners are now considering a move for the Portugal international.

It has been confirmed that Guerrerio is leaving Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The full-back will be turning out for a new team next season, with his contract expiring at the end of the month.
Wolves were linked with a move for Guerreiro earlier this year.
Given the concerns Wolves have over FFP at the moment, Guerreiro becoming a free agent is something that could well appeal to the Wanderers recruitment team.
He has a lot of experience and is very versatile.
But if Wolves do have genuine interest then it looks as though they could face very strong competition.

City apparently now want him, and The Sun’s report mentions how Joao Cancelo is likely to leave the Etihad permanently.
It is also stated that Burnley have interest in Sergio Gomez.
So with two left-backs potentially departing, there would obviously be need to strengthen that position.

Wolves ought to start getting to work on Guerreiro if he’s a player they want this summer.
And he should be a player they want, given the circumstances right now.
Guerreiro is a quality player, and has just finished the Bundesliga with the most assists (12).
He has been brilliant outlet for Dortmund, and he also has the capacity to play central midfield which obviously adds to his appeal.

City’s interest, if genuine, would be a big problem for Wolves.
They’re obviously an amazing team that is regularly in the hunt for silverware.
They are managed by the best in the world in Pep Guardiola, and Guerreiro would likely have a strong chance of regular minutes at the Etihad.
