Wolves transfer target David Garcia will only be sold for the value of his release clause, which is £17 million.
El Correo have reported the centre-back is a potential target for Athletic Bilbao this summer.

They are preparing for life after Inigo Martinez, one of their best players who is seeking to make a move to Barcelona.
Garcia, 29, is a target for them and El Correo have given some information as to his potential cost.
They say teams looking to sign Garcia would have to pay his release clause of £17 million in full.
And there is even a suggestion of what he would be looking for in terms of a salary. His demands are supposedly €3 million-a-year, which equates to £50,000-a-week. At the moment he takes home €2 million-a-year.
Garcia – who finally made his debut for Spain last month – is apparently a player Julen Lopetegui has been keen on for a long time.
There was a claim that Wolves had actually agreed a £17 million deal with Osasuna in January to sign Garcia. But this was wide of the mark. The player blocked a move, instead preferring to see out the season with Osasuna.

He’s been brilliant for them this season, helping the club to eighth in the table so far. They will also contest the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid.
Garcia has been with his current club since 2015 and the feeling is that he could finally move on to a new challenge this summer.
Bilbao will be a tempting domestic move to make for the player. But the prospect of working with Julen Lopetegui might just help Wolves to sign him.
