Wolves are reportedly looking at loan signings between now and the end of the January transfer window.
They are seemingly looking further beyond that, according to a report from Argentina.
Argentine outlet Ole have offered a breakdown of Julian Alvarez’s impending move to Manchester City.
It is not quite certain when Alvarez will come to England; it could even be as late as the summer of 2023.

Where do Wolves come in? Apparently, they have made a loan offer to Manchester City for the striker, for 18 months.
That is seemingly geared towards the fact City are prepared to wait to have the striker in their ranks.
He could have used that move to get used to English football, with Wolves loaning in a striker who scored 24 goals last season.
But the offer has apparently been turned down, with Wolves now needing to look elsewhere to strengthen their frontline.

This would have been a really smart way for Wolves to get a top striker through the door without breaking the bank.
It does not seem to have come off, though, which forces them back into the market. Also, there is always the issue that every striker who comes in knows he will be playing second fiddle to Raul Jimenez.
It remains to be seen who Wolves can get in between now and the end of the transfer window – if anyone – with their eyes peeled for loan opportunities.
