Wolves are reportedly monitoring striker Gaetan Laborde ahead of a potential transfer swoop in the 2022 summer window.
Homme Du Match have claimed the club are keeping tabs on the 27-year-old, who has been in fine fettle this season.

Laborde actually only joined his current club Rennes in the summer.
And he has been a real hit so far for the club, scoring 14 goals in 21 games in total.
Nine of those have come in Ligue 1, and five have come in the Europa Conference League.
His haul of 14 goals is double what Wolves strikers Raul Jimenez (3) and Hwang Hee-chan (4) have managed combined.

Interestingly, Laborde was actually linked with a move to Wolves while he was still at Montpellier.
Eurosport reported in January Wolves were interested in the Frenchman, but nothing materialised.
In the end, Wolves officials sanctioned a loan move for Willian Jose to provide cover for the injured Jimenez.
And that move just didn’t work out.
Wolves should continue to monitor Laborde ahead of potential summer 2022 transfer
Things could eventually change, but so far in 2021/22 Wolves have struggled to score goals.
Jimenez has played well on the whole, but there is a lot of pressure on him to deliver the goals.
Really he could do with a bit more support.

Laborde would make for a decent signing and at age 27, he is obviously much more experienced than Fabio Silva, who may well need a loan move come next summer.
Given he has been at Rennes for all of five minutes, a transfer might not be cheap. Wolves definitely ought to keep an eye of his progress though.
