Wolverhampton Wanderers may yet be able to land Rafael Leao this summer, with Calciomercato bringing an updated valuation for the AC Milan player.

The publication claimed last month that the 21-year-old forward would set suitors back around £50 million.

But now they believe the Italian club could entertain offers between £30.2 million and £34.5 million.

The report adds that Milan are looking to make a marquee signing this summer.

It mentions that Dusan Vlahovic of Fiorentina is on their agenda.

The Serbia international would not come cheap and so the club would apparently hear offers for some of their players, including Leao.

The Portuguese talent has enjoyed a decent season over in Italy, making 39 appearances, scoring seven goals and providing six assists.

Wolves would probably have to make a big sale

It’s hard to see Wolves making a move for Leao without making a big sale of their own first.

There has been talk of one of Pedro Neto, Adama Traore or Ruben Neves perhaps being offloaded to significantly boost the transfer kitty this summer.

Leao is an exciting talent, and Wolves would surely have to do some fundraising in order to get him, especially since a few other areas of the team need strengthening.
