Interest mounting in reported Wolves target Joaquin Correa, Lazio reject two PL bids

Joaquin Correa appears to be a wanted man.

The Lazio winger was linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers a couple of weeks ago.

Since then there haven’t been any more reports, but it looks like a couple of other Premier League sides are keen.

TMW have reported that the Argentina international has been the subject of failed offers from Everton and Arsenal.

Apparently, there is confidence that Correa’s exit from Lazio will be sanctioned in the coming days.

TMW also say that Inter Milan is a possibility for the player, but no bid from the Italians is mentioned.

Wolves are not thought to have made any bids for the South American.

Could Wolves swoop in for Correa?

It seems Lazio are quite keen to offload the 26-year-old, but could Wolves coming calling late on in the window?

At this point, a bid from Wolves is probably not likely.

Wolves have decent firepower in attack, and a move for Correa would probably only happen if either Adama Traore or Daniel Podence left.

Both players have been linked with exits, and it remains to be seen if the club cash in if a big offer arrives for either.

Should that not happen though, Correa will probably head off elsewhere
