Wolves have scored some incredible goals in the Premier League over the years.
In just their last game against Spurs, Pablo Sarabia’s equaliser has already been hailed as one of the goals of the season.
Yet, many would argue that in Wolves’ nine-and-a-half seasons in the Premier League, it doesn’t even get into the top 20.
Therefore, we have ranked Wolves’ best-ever goals in the division to see which comes out on top.
Only Premier League goals count on this list, no wonder-strikes from the FA Cup, League Cup or the Europa League will be found here.
10th – George Elokobi’s header in Wolves (2) vs Man U (1), February 2011
A cult hero at Wolves, the defender netted a vital goal in the club’s survival campaign when they faced Man United at Molineux.
The Red Devils, who came into the game on a 29-match unbeaten run led after two minutes thanks to Nani.
However, a brilliant quick corner routine from Matt Jarvis caught United off guard and eventually saw the ball fall to Elokobi who headed in a vital equaliser.
Kevin Doyle would eventually get a winner for the hosts as they returned to winning ways against the eventual Champions League finalists.
9th – Jonny’s 40-yarder in Wolves (2) vs Leeds (4), March 2023
An often-overlooked goal due to the controversy surrounding the match.
Wolves found themselves 3-0 to relegation rivals Leeds until Jonny managed to pull a goal back.
The ball fell to the defender 40 yards out and he hit it superbly into the net on the volley.
The strike would go on to win the Premier League Goal of the Month.
8th – David Jones’ clever free-kick in Wolves (2) vs Stoke, August 2010
One of the more unique finishes on this list.
On the opening day of the 2010/11 season, Wolves faced Staffordshire rivals Stoke.
With no one unable to separate the two sides, up stepped Jones just after the half-hour mark.
Karl Henry laid the free-kick off to the midfielder who then flicked the ball up and dinked it off the bar and into the net.
The hosts then went on to win the game 2-1 with Steven Fletcher getting Wolves’ second just two minutes later.
7th – Raul Jimenez’s wonder goal in Burnley (1) vs Wolves (1), July 2020
Jimenez had to be on this list somewhere.
Wolves’ all-time Premier League top-scorer has netted some brilliant goals over the years but his effort against Burnley really stands out.
With the away side looking for a winner to boost their European hopes, the Mexican striker stepped up with an outrageous volley on the edge of the box which lasered into the net.
Sadly the goal was spoilt by a controversial penalty for Burnley in added time.
6th – Henri Camara’s illustrious effort in Wolves (2) vs Everton (1), May 2004
It was an incredible goal from the striker.
With Wolves trailing by one, the ball fell to Camara outside the box.
The Senegalese international then curled the ball into the top corner to give the hosts a much-needed equaliser.
Wolves would then go on to win the game 2-1 thanks to Cole Cort’s late winner in what would be the side’s last Premier League win for over five years.
5th – Nenad Milijas’ thunder strike in Wolves (2) vs Bolton (1), December 2009
With the host’s 1-0 up, they were searching for a key second goal to help them see out the result.

It was a wonderous strike which helped give Wolves their second home Premier League win of the season.
4th – Alex Rae’s sensational effort in Bolton (1) vs Wolves (1), September 2003
Another wonderous, distanced effort, Rae put Wolves in front at the Reebok stadium with a goal that lives long in the memories of fans.
An initial Wolves corner was only cleared as far as Rae, who, on the edge of the box smashed a perfectly-time volley into the top corner.
It was a stunning effort to give the visitors the lead and almost their first victory of the season if it was not for a late Kevin Davies equaliser.
3rd – Stephen Hunt’s relegation-saving goal in Wolves (2) vs Blackburn (3), May 2011
Into the top three and arguably one of the most important goals in Wolves’ recent history.
Wolves were 3-1 on the final day of the season and needed a goal to pull themselves out of the relegation zone.
All hope looked lost but then, in the 87th minute, the ball was punted upfield by Wayne Hennessey and it fell to Hunt inside the box.
The winger then made no mistake with his chance as he curled the ball into the top corner to take the hosts out of the relegation zone on goals for.
2nd – Ruben Neves’ acute finish in Wolves (4) vs Watford (0), March 2022
The runner up on this list with a pure magical goal from Neves which really showed the talent the midfielder had.
With Wolves 3-0 up against Watford, the midfielder picked the ball up on the edge of the box, took a touch before dinking it over the ‘keeper.
The technique needed for such a finish cannot be understated, with Ben Foster barely off his line.
Yet, the ball still nestled into the bottom corner as the hosts finished off the Hornets in style.
1st – Diogo Jota’s in Wolves (2) vs Cardiff (0), March 2019
One of the greatest goals Wolves have ever scored, Jota finished off a wonderful move to get Wolves’ opener in the 2019/20 season.
After Willy Boly brought the ball out from the back, slick one-touch passing from Jimenez, Morgan Gibbs-White and Jota eventually saw the goal open up for the Portuguese striker.
He then made no mistake and lashed the ball into the bottom corner to give the hosts an early lead.
The strike just epitomises how good Wolves were back then under Nuno as they went onto secure European football.
