Wolves’ Under-23 side came from behind to beat local rivals Birmingham City at St Andrew’s on Friday night.
Goals from Ollie Tipton and Luke Cundle turned the game on its head and sealed the win.
Cundle’s goal was special, as you can see from the video below from Wolves Academy’s official Twitter page.
Cundle is one of the brightest talents in the Wolves youth system and has been on the bench for Premier League games earlier in the season.
Bruno Lage talked him up last month when discussing the state of the club’s academy.
Under-23s boss James Collins has also raved about him on more than one occasion; in September and last month too.
On the evidence of last night’s goal, it is easy to see why and some supporters reacted to the strike on Twitter.
