Former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo has landed a new job – and he’s staying in the Premier League.
The 47-year-old has been appointed the new head coach of Tottenham Hotspur.
The development comes after weeks of struggle by the north London club.
They have had talks with the likes of Antonio Conte, Paulo Fonseca and Gennaro Gattuso.
Nuno was first linked with the job back in April.
It then all went quiet as the club pursued other options after sacking Jose Mourinho.

Seemingly they’ve come full circle, and Nuno has penned a two-year deal with the club.
The move is an interesting one.
It remains to be seen now whether Nuno will look to raid Wolves for any of the players he worked so closely with down the years.
There was one man’s name in particular that was coming up quite a lot from the Tottenham fans last night.

It seems Pedro Neto is a player plenty would love to follow Nuno.
That’s no surprise given his liveliness in a team that did struggle last term, and huge potential.
He’s currently injured so a move this transfer window probably isn’t so likely, but it’s something Spurs fans are hoping to see:
