Molineux legend Steve Bull has urged Wolves to make one final big push to try and keep Adama Traore.
The Spaniard is on the verge of leaving, with his contract expiring in just a few weeks’ time.
Wolves have presented several offers already to Traore.
But the 27-year-old has not been willing to sign, suggesting that he is ready for a new chapter elsewhere.
Julen Lopetegui has publicly stated that he wants to keep Traore.
But there is strong interest from Napoli and also Real Betis.
In the eyes of Bull, Wanderers need to be retaining Traore and should now be doing everything they can to stop him leaving.
Steve Bull pleads for Wolves to get Adama Traore re-signed, with current contract about to expire
Bull talked about Traore in his most recent column with the Express & Star.
The club’s record goalscorer really thinks that Wolves need to be keeping the flying winger, stating that he strikes fear into opposition defenders.

He said: “I hope they can come to an agreement and keep hold of him.
“He is a threatening player, very skilful and very fast and I would want to keep him.
“His attributes are unbelievable, other teams are scared of him and he could progress even further under Julen Lopetegui.
“I’d give him 12 months, or two years, and stick with him. The club should do all they can to keep him.
“It says a lot that the manager wants him. His backing sums it up.”
It would be a big shock at this point if Adama Traore signed a new contract at Wolves
Traore is about to officially become a free agent – something that many Wolves fans have been expecting for a while now.
It just feels like he wants to move on.
Apparently, Wolves made offers in the past that would have seen Traore earn £100,000-a-week at Molineux.
So that suggests this isn’t really about Traore dragging things out to try and get more money.

It just seems like he wants a new challenge.
It would be brilliant if he did end up staying. Because ultimately, Traore is an extremely watchable footballer and on his day he is obviously unplayable.
But Wolves fans aren’t holding out much hope at this point.
