Wolves midfielder Boubacar Traore has been back in the gym this week, as he eyes a return to training after his recent injury.
The youngster has not featured for Wolves since before the World Cup.
Julen Lopetegui had said that Traore had picked up an injury out in Marbella, but he did hope the player might have been able to face Everton on Boxing Day.
But those hopes were seemingly very misplaced.
The manager then delivered another update on Traore in early January, stating there had been a setback. He then said Traore would be out for between one and two months.
But it looks as though Traore could be out on the training pitch again soon.
Wolves tweeted new photos on Friday of Traore in the gym at Compton Park.
This is a good sign, and would perhaps suggest the player will be resuming outdoor work before long.

Hopefully everything is on track with Traore’s recovery for Wolves.
It is a real shame he’s been sidelined since top-flight football resumed.
He’s not yet had a chance to make an impression on Julen Lopetegui, who now appears to be on the verge of signing Joao Gomes.
A breakthrough was finally reached over the weekend, and the Brazilian should now become the club’s seventh signing of the window.
Traore – who Wolves are set to buy for just under £10 million this summer – will have to work hard to get back into contention for regular minutes.
Just before the World Cup he was probably in his best moment at Molineux since his arrival. So hopefully it won’t take him to long to get back to that point when he returns.
