The winger had been on fire since the start of the season, becoming Wolves main man since the departure of Ruben Neves in the summer.

His performances have earned him plenty of plaudits with the 23-year-old receiving two Premier League Player of the Month nominations for September and October.

However, in Wovles’ 2-2 draw against Newcastle, Neto pulled up with an injury which forced him off the field, much to the despair of the home fans.

The injury isn’t as bad as first feared with the club more optimistic about his return

Now, O’Neil has confirmed in his recent press conference that he hopes that the winger will be back after the international break has concluded.

“Pedro [Neto] is still missing but the rest of the group is ok,” O”Neil said, via the Wolves website. “I hope he’ll be back [for Fulham], but there’s a lot to do between now and then. There’s still over two and a half weeks and a lot we need to tick off before he’s able to play again.”

Expected return: Fulham (November 27)

The fullback has been out with a sore knee and hasn’t picked up any minutes Wolves’ 3-2 defeat away to Ipswich in the Carabao Cup.

The 21-year-old had been a regular feature for O’Neil with the Spaniard already picking up six Premier League appearances this season.

His performances and potential meant that Wolves have now opened talks with the defender to sign a new deal at the club.

His return to the side will no doubt provide the hosts an additional boost as they look to cause an upset against Spurs.

The duo have both picked up four yellow cards so far this season meaning an additional card will see them banned for the Fulham fixture after the international break.

Both will now have to avoid a booking until after Wolves play Brentford away on December 27 if they want to avoid a suspension.

Dawson and Lemina have been on fine form in recent games being any ban would certainly hinder Wolves in the coming weeks.
