A round-up of all the Wolves transfer news from January 2, including another club showing interest in Mario Lemina, updates on centre-back targets Ben Godfrey and Kevin Danso.
Mario Lemina wanted by unnamed European club
Mario Lemina has had a very strange season so far, and seemingly, it’s not out of the question he could,d actually leave Wolves this month.
Lemina was reported to be the subject of negotiations between Wolves and Al-Shabab earlier this week.

Yesterday though, it was claimed an unnamed club in Europe are keen on the former Molineux skipper.
It remains to be seen what Wolves do with the midfielder, who hasn’t played yet under new manager Vitor Pereira due to injury.
An exit for him in this window, would certainly come a big surprise, but some Wolves fans do think Lemina’s time could be up.
Tottenham showing the most interest in Ben Godfrey
The team to have shown the most interest in Ben Godfrey is Tottenham Hotspur, with the star expected to leave Atalanta this month.
Godfrey is thought to be on Wolves’ radar, and he could really be a smart addition by Pereira.
But Wanderers may have their work cut out to sign the former Everton man.
Spurs have injury problems right now and could fight hard for Godfrey, but Wolves’ need for a new centre-half is also pretty big.
Wolves joined in Kevin Danso transfer race by Everton
Kevin Danso is thought to be Wolves’ top centre-back target in January, but like with Godfrey, it may not be straightforward.
Because it was claimed yesterday that Everton have joined Wolves in the race for Danso.
The Austria international is another player who could really improve the Wolves’ backline, and add some much-needed pace and athleticism, with Santiago Bueno and Craig Dawson certainly not known for those things.
He’s a player Wolves have admired for a while, so to get him in this window would be fantastic – especially with Toti Gomes currently struggling with injury.
