Wolves have been linked with a move for Sergio Oliveira again.
According to a report from O Jogo over the weekend, Wanderers are one of several clubs taking an interest in the FC Porto star.

Oliveira spent the second half of last season on loan at AS Roma, where he made 22 appearances.
It was not a particularly fruitful spell, and he scored just three goals and made one assist.
Apparently Roma are not looking to trigger the option to buy clause they had negotiated with Porto. That’s despite Jose Moutinho wanting to keep the player. The Special One wants him on loan again.
Agent Jorge Mendes is said to be working on a deal for the player. He has supposedly promised that he will get him a move if Roma do not buy him.
And Wolves are apparently interested in bringing him to Molineux.

This is not the first time the club have been linked with Oliveira. Last summer, there were claims that Wolves could have offered £17 million, although a bid was seemingly never forthcoming.
The new claim that Wolves are keen on Oliveira comes amid continued speculation that Ruben Neves will leave Molineux this summer.
Neves has been with the club for five years, and suggested after the final game of 2021/22 with Liverpool that players need to take opportunities when they come along.
Porto are said to want around £8.5 million for Oliveira.
Sergio Oliveira could be a decent signing by Wolves
Mourinho is certainly a fan of Oliveira, recently branding him ‘a champion’ and ‘a team player’ (via Roma Press).
The Special One seemingly wants to continue working with Oliveira, but it seems the club may have other ideas.
Potentially, Oliveira could make for a decent addition by Wolves depending on the asking price.

No one is going to replace Ruben Neves. But Oliveira is a decent central midfielder with a lot of experience under his belt.
He’s won a string of trophies with Porto, and recently became a Europa Conference League winner with Roma. He also has 13 caps for Portugal.
It’s always important to instil a winning mentality, and having Oliveira in the dressing room could be good for that.
