Turkish club Trabzonspor are reportedly interested in signing Wolves winger Adama Traore.

According to Karadeniz Gazete, the Spaniard is on their list of names as they seek to strengthen.

The club have been in contact with agent Jorge Mendes about some of his clients that will become free agents next summer.

Mendes and Trabzonspor officials are apparently set to meet to discuss Traore, who has also been linked with Galatasaray in recent times.

Traore has been offered a new deal at Molineux.

But so far he has been reluctant to commit his future to the club.

The star is seemingly ready for a new chapter for his peak years.

That said, Julen Lopetegui has arrived at the club now and there’s always a chance he could get the very best out of Traore, who might change his mind.

But for a while now the offer to extend has been on the table from Wolves and he has not signed.

Traore has also been linked with a move to Napoli, who are currently top of Serie A.

There is surely no way Adama Traore will make Trabzonspor move

It is a surprise to see Traore linked with a team like Trabzonspor.

Given it’s likely he will be leaving Wolves as a free agent, there should be plenty of clubs interested in taking him.

He is surely capable of playing for a bigger club than Trabzonspor.

He is about to enter his peak years, and it would be strange if he decided to go and play in the Turkish league.

The 26-year-old is much more likely to head to Italy with Napoli, who could struggle to hold onto Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
