Wolves transfer news: Ruben Neves has already completed his medical ahead of £47 million Hilal move

Ruben Neves is already said to have completed his medical, ahead of a shock move to Al Hilal.

Yesterday, news broke around lunch time that the Portugal international was going to make a move to Saudi Arabia.

The star, 26, had been expected to head to Barcelona.

But the Spanish giants were unable to come up with a cash offer.

Al Hilal have swooped, offering Wolves £47 million which the club accepted.

Given the issues with FFP right now, the club saw this as a very good deal.

The move is now expected to go through without any issues, and it could be completed in the coming days.

It certainly came out of the blue.

Many had expected that Neves would have gone to Barcelona, and that that particular move would probably have happened much later in the window.

Thankfully for Wolves they are getting a nice early sale on Neves, which should really help in the coming weeks.
