Wolves transfer news: Mohammed Kudus now wanted by at least 10 other clubs

Wolves were linked with Mohammed Kudus a few months ago, and the youngster is now wanted by at least 10 other clubs.

The 22-year-old is the name on many people’s lips right now, following his two fantastic performances at the World Cup for Ghana so far.

Kudus has excelled for the Black Stars in their games against Portugal and South Korea so far.

He made headlines on Monday for grabbing a brace against Korea, and showcasing his fantastic pace and dribbling.

The youngster is looking like a player with a huge ceiling – and it seems many clubs are already on his tail.

90min are now reporting that Liverpool are keen on the player, and that Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have asked about his current situation. Everton, who were linked with Kudus in the summer, supposedly retain their interest.

It is also stated that several clubs from abroad are taking an interest. Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Lyon, Napoli and Atletico Madrid have all been alerted to his progress in Qatar.

The report followed claims that Real Madrid also have Kudus on their radar, meaning at least nine clubs are currently tracking the 22-year-old.

Apparently the player’s value has now doubled as a result of his exploits in Qatar. Ajax would want at least £30 million for him now.

Wolves were linked with Kudus towards the end of the last transfer window.

Ultimately no move was made, with Molineux officials having brought in the likes of Goncalo Guedes, Matheus Nunes and Boubacar Traore.

Mohammed Kudus is a wanted man, with many clubs now showing interest in Ghana star

It will be very interesting to see which club will be lucky enough to snap up Kudus.

The star looks a serious talent, and it isn’t just his performances at the World Cup that are a suggestion of this.

Kudus has been electric for Ajax this season as well, scoring 10 goals already for the Dutch giants.

It is stated that Ajax would want at least £30 million for the player. But they could easily demand much more than that given all the interest.

It is unclear whether Wolves retain an interest in the player from the summer like Everton.

Any efforts to sign him might just be futile with so many clubs keen.
