Guedes has struggled to adapt to the Premier League and in recent months has found minutes hard to come by.

Julen Lopetegui has handed him three starts so far. But the head coach as left him out of his last two matchday squads.

That, after he substituted him off at half-time against Nottingham Forest.

Guedes has been really disappointing for Wanderers, and that has surprised people considering how well he did at Valencia and how long the club had tracked him.

The move just hasn’t worked out, and it looks as though he could now be on the move.

Mundo Deportivo report Guedes has now been offered to Barca. He is described as an ‘easy option’ for the Catalan giants, as Guedes is represented by Jorge Mendes.

Barca have a great relationship with the agent.

It is stated that Guedes is looking to get out of Wolves, and there is mention of the fact that the club have just signed Pablo Sarabia.

The Spaniard became Wolves’ third addition of the window, and is undoubtedly more competition for Guedes.

Goncalo Guedes will surely now leave Wolves, following new claim he’s been offered to Barcelona

So Guedes has now been offered to Barcelona.

The player seemingly isn’t in Lopetegui’s plans, and he’s also keen to leave.

But Wolves have got to make sure they agree a sensible deal if they are to do business with Barcelona again.

This time last year, Adama Traore completed a loan move to Barca with option to buy.

But it became apparent very quickly that the Spanish giants were never going to pay that clause even if he did really well.

If Guedes is going to go there on loan, an obligation to buy clause should be negotiated.
