Wolves are reportedly interested in signing Al-Musrati again.
According a report from Jornal de Noticias, Wanderers are looking at the Libya international, as Ruben Neves prepares to seal his exit from Molineux.
Neves is going to join Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia for a reported £47 million.
The star has already done his medical, and will sign a three-year deal.
And it looks as though Wolves are wasting no time in adding a new midfielder, with Al-Musrati someone the club are interested in.
The club actually considered signing Al-Musrati last summer, but ultimately just signed Matheus Nunes for the midfield.
Wolves again interested in Al-Musrati, as Ruben Neves’ move to Al Hilal nears completion
According to Jornal de Noticias, Wolves are now considering going back in for Al-Musrati, who is still playing for SC Braga.
Last summer, Wolves reportedly took a look at Al-Musrati.

It was arounda bout the same time as the club were reported to be in for Joao Palhinha.
Neves was getting linked with an exit at the time, and Al-Musrati and Palhinha were seemingly being considered as a potential replacements.
In the end, Neves stayed put and assumed the captaincy.
Wolves therefore did not have need for a holding midfielder.
Ultimately, Wanderers brought in Matheus Nunes, who is more of a box-to-box player.
Al-Musrati could be a great addition for Wolves as Ruben Neves’ departure grows nearer
So it looks like Wolves could now turn to an old target with Neves set to leave.
Al-Musrati could be a really good signing, especially if Braga are not asking for too much.

The star made 41 appearances for Braga last season, and helped the club to finish third in the table.
He has been a key player for them since he signed in 2020, with his steel and tenacity being his most impressive traits.
Wolves have also been linked with Geoffrey Kondogbia recently. So it will be interesting to see who, if any, Wanderers go for out of the two.
