Wolves reportedly believe Nottingham Forest will come forth with a bid for Jose Sa.
It was claimed last night that Forest were considering a move for the 30-year-old this summer.
Forest want Dean Henderson from Manchester United.
But should they be unable to land him then Sa is an alternative.
Last season, Sa’s form was very up and down. It was always going to be difficult for him to match the standards he set in his first season.
It’s been claimed that Wanderers would be happy to sell for the right price. And it looks like the club are now bracing for an offer.
Wolves expect Nottingham Forest to bid for Jose Sa
According to talkSPORT earlier today, Wolves are now expecting Forest to make an official bid for Sa.

There has been no suggestion so far as to how much Wanderers would want for the Portuguese stopper.
But Wolves paid just shy of £7 million to sign Sa from Olympiacos.
The player has three years left on his contract and is right in his prime.
And Forest are Premier League rivals of Wolves.
So it would not be unrealistic for Wolves to ask for north of £10 million. Perhaps a figure near £15 million should be the aim.
Wolves may have someone lined up to replace Sa
It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
Sa did not have a good season in 2022/23 compared to his first term.
He’s still a solid shot-stopper. When he first signed for the club, then-technical director Scott Sellars described Sa as ‘aggressive when coming for crosses’ and said that ‘he commands his penalty area’ (via Wolves official). These things are still true. But he does sometimes create panic at the back for Wolves.
Hopefully, Wolves are able to secure a good fee for him is he is to join Forest. Given the Reds are rivals, the club should not be doing them any favours, FFP issues or not.

One wonders if this anticipation of a Forest bid means the club have a replacement for him lined up.
Ideally they will have. Wolves certainly now need to be getting players through the door with pre-season having commenced.
