Chiquinho has had his loan to Stoke cancelled, with the winger now reportedly off to Portuguese outfit Farmalicao.
Just one month ago, Wolves loaned Chiquinho to Stoke City.
Club officials wanted the 23-year-old to get some regular game time in the Championship, after recovering from his ACL injury that caused him to miss the whole of last season.
So he joined the Potters, along with Ki-Jana Hoever.
And Chiquinho made a very bright start in pre-season.
But clearly, something fairly dramatic has happened…
Chiquinho makes cryptic post on Instagram after being left out of last two Stoke squads, as Fabrizio Romano claims winger is now joining Farmalicao
Mysteriously, Chiquinho was not selected by Alex Neil for Stoke’s last two games.
The Stoke Sentinel provided a bit of information on the situation.

Reporting about what Stoke could get up to in the final hours of the transfer window, they said: “Chiquinho has not been sent back to Wolves but he’s not been included in either of the last two matchday squads either, which isn’t a great situation for him or Wolves or Stoke. That’s another spinning plate.”
But in the last moments, journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Chiquinho is actually now leaving Stoke to join Farmalicao.

Romano adds that an agreement has already been reached.
Seemingly, something controversial has gone on because earlier today, Chiquinho made a somewhat cryptic post on Instagram.
He shared a reel to his Story with the following dialogue: “Look at me. What about me would make you think that I care about your opinion of me. Your opinion of me, is not the opinion I have of myself. You ain’t make me, so you can’t break me. You didn’t build me.”
