Wolves are set to sell more players this month – and one is reportedly open to moving to Saudi Arabia.
So far, only Max Kilman has been sold by the club this summer.
The former captain left to join West Ham United in a £40 million deal, which is a move that has been widely praised.
Things have gone a little quiet at Wolves on the transfers front. But with less than a month to go in the transfer market, things should now start to pick up.
One player who is expected to depart is Daniel Podence, who did not go on the pre-season trip to Miami due to a small injury.
He has been linked with a move back to Olympiacos, whom he spent last season on loan with. They are really keen to have him back.
But the player is not nailed on to go there, with a new claim being made last night.
Wolves attacker Daniel Podence is now open to making Saudi move

Podence returned to Wolves this summer after a fine campaign over in Greece.
The 28-year-old made 47 appearances across all competitions, scoring 15 goals and making 13 assists. He finished the season as a Europa Conference League champion.
Podence came back to Wolves this summer and impressed out in Marbella. He was one of the fittest players in the squad, and was also really impressive in terms of his actual training.
But the narrative has remained that Podence wants to leave, even though officials have been left impressed by his conduct and attitude. Wolves would supposedly want around £8.5 million to sell.
Last night, a new claim was made about Podence.
Journalist Ben Jacobs has commented on the interest in him from Saudi Arabia, and believes this is a move he would consider making.
He wrote on X: “Wolves yet to receive offers for Daniel Podence, but he is available for €10m despite a positive pre-season. No contact from Olympiacos yet.
“Understand Podence is keen on a move to Saudi. Al-Ettifaq considered Podence 12 months ago, but no plans to make an offer now.”
Wolves in a tricky spot with Podence
This is a bit of a frustrating situation for Wolves, because Podence wants to leave and he only has a year left on his contract.
Therefore, the club cannot be demanding much money for him.
It is frustrating that no offers have come in so far. Ideally, Podence will be sold as quickly as possible knowing that he does not want to stay.
It is a bit of a shame, because Podence – who cost Wolves just under £17 million – is such a talented player who has made some important contributions to the club over the years. In terms of natural talent, very few in that Wolves squad can really hold a candle to him.
Gary O’Neil has already said he would be open to working with the player this coming season if the player wished to stay. But it does not look like Podence wants to stick around.
It would be a bit of a shame to see him go to Saudi Arabia like Ruben Neves, because he is quite clearly still good enough to be playing at a high level in Europe.
