Wolves are closing in on their second signing of the January transfer window.
Emmanuel Agbadou was unveiled as Wolves’ first signing earlier in the window but Vitor Pereira has been trying to get another one or two in before Monday’s deadline.
The Portuguese manager has been after a new centre-back and defensive midfielder and is close to getting the first of his priority targets.

Wolves reach Marshall Munetsi agreement with Reims
Despite already signing Agbadou, Wolves have reportedly reached a second agreement with Reims, this time for midfielder Marshall Munetsi.
According to Fabrice Hawkins, the Old Gold have agreed to pay the French side £16.6 million (€20 million) for the 28-year-old Zimbabwe international — a similar fee to what they paid for Agbadou.

The African’s transfer to Molineux will depend on Reims finding a replacement though, and with just a few hours left before the window closes, time is of the essence.
Defender still on the agenda
While Wolves’ attention is on landing Munetsi, they remain determined to sign another centre-back.
With Yerson Mosquera out injured, and the side using three centre-backs, Pereira would like to bolster his options at the back and bring a new face in to play alongside Agbadou and Toti Gomes.
Red Star’s Nasser Djiga appears to be Pereira’s preferred choice. Wolves face competition from Crystal Palace for Dijiga though, so a potential Deadline Day transfer remains to be seen.
