Wolves now targeting striker with 70 PL goals to replace Sasa Kalajdzic

Wolves are about to lose Sasa Kalajdzic on loan, but on the other hand, they might be set to replace him with a West Ham ace.

Gary O’Neil is in search of attacking reinforcements this January as he’s set to lose Sasa Kalajdzic on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt imminently.

The 6ft 7in tall Austrian has never quite managed to nail down a place at Molineux this season, often looking out of place during Wolves‘ quick transitions.

Now, a new striker has been linked to Wolves in the form of West Ham number nine, Danny Ings.

Here’s the latest on Danny Ings to Wolves.

Danny Ings an option for Wolves

The report comes from John Percy at the Telegraph who reports that loans are the likeliest deal for Wolves this window.

Therefore, the signing of 70-goal Premier League striker, Ings, on loan could be just what Old Gold need to supplement the striking options right now.

He’d be a terrific addition and has always been a natural in front of goal. The kind of forward that Pedro Neto would love to play with as his creativity could help the Englishman rediscover his scoring touch.

Wolves set for a busy window

Only a week in and already Wolves are looking like they are set for a busy transfer window.

Wolves will also be concerned about interest arising in several of their key players with Max Kilman linked with a move to West Ham.

Along with this Jose Sa has been touted as a target for Nottingham Forest with Nuno Espirito Santo due to improve his keeping options.

There are also the usual Neto links. Although there is good news for Wolves with Liverpool starlet Fabio Carvalho believed to be a target on loan.

The reason behind loans is that the club wants to be cautious to avoid risking any sort of financial breaches as Everton suffered.

That being said Wolves aren’t planning to sell any stars in January, however, a massive bid as always would probably be considered.
