Wolves are reportedly interested in making a free swoop for Arsenal youngster Amario Cozier-Duberry this summer but face competition from Newcastle United and others.
Wolves are always on the lookout for top prospects, having placed a focus on this since returning to the Premier League back in 2018.
The club love nothing more than to unearth exciting gems, with the likes of Pedro Neto, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Chiquinho, Joao Gomes and Boubacar Traore to name but a few players to have come to Molineux in recent years.
It looks as though Wolves have spotted another young talent in the form of Arsenal’s Amario Cozier-Duberry, who may be available for nothing this summer…
Wolves facing competition for Amario Cozier-Duberry, including from Newcastle

Romano reported last week that Wolves were one of a few clubs keen on Cozier-Duberry.
He said that it was his understanding that ‘many clubs’ were showing interest in the 18-year-old winger.
But Romano has now mentioned a few clubs that are in the race, with one of Wolves’ Premier League rivals also trying to sign the Gunners starlet.
He said on X: “Arsenal are still in negotiations to get new deal done for English 2005 born talent Amario Cozier-Duberry.
“Talks ongoing. Borussia Dortmund, Ajax, Anderlecht, Wolves and Newcastle are showing interest for free transfer in June – in case talks with #AFC collapse.”
One to watch
This is a situation for Wolves fans to keep an eye on, as Cozier-Duberry looks to be a very promising talent.
At the moment, he’s in negotiations with Arsenal over a new contract, but he and his representatives will be fully aware that there are other options for him.
The Hale End ‘sensation’ got some very attractive clubs on his tail. Ajax and Borussia Dortmund are huge clubs abroad that are steeped in history, with both having good records when it comes to developing young players.
But if he wanted to remain in England, then he seemingly has Arsenal, Newcastle and Wolves to choose from.
If he wanted a fresh challenge then Newcastle and Wolves are certainly two clubs on the up.
