Wolves are reportedly showing interest in Manchester United youngster Amad Diallo ahead of the January transfer window.
That is according to Football Transfers, who believe Wolves are keen to explore the possibility of a loan move.
Amad has not featured this season for United, after returning to the club in the summer following a successful loan spell with Sunderland.
Erik ten Hag has been unable to call on Diallo, with the youngster having been contending with a knee injury which he picked up in pre-season.
It seems Wolves are now looking to make a move for the starlet in the next transfer window…
Wolves showing loan interest in Manchester United youngster Amad Diallo

Football Transfers have reported this morning that Wolves are keen on Amad, a player the club actually first scouted while Nuno Espirito Santo was at the helm.
Wolves have continued to follow his progress, and even made an approach after his loan spell at Rangers in 2022.
Apparently, contact has already been made with United.
The Red Devils see Amad going on loan to Wolves as something that could help him with his return from injury.
It is stated that Amad is a ‘legitimate target’ for the club.
Amad could be a good loan signing for Wolves
Gary O’Neil will reportedly prioritise a striker in January. It remains to be seen if Wolves will make a move for Amad, but potentially this could be an exciting swoop.
Last season in the Championship, which is by no means an easy league, Amad scored 13 goals and made three assists. He really impressed for the Black Cats. Back in April, Sunderland manager Tony Mowbray branded Amad ‘an amazing footballer’.
Potentially, he could be an exciting loan addition by Wolves. But there is obviously some risk here given the injury he’s had.
But Wolves do need some cover in the wide areas. Hwang Hee-chan is set to go to the Asian Cup with South Korea and may miss a few games.
The outstanding Pedro Neto is currently injured again, and his fragility may increase the need for reinforcements.
It’s a move that could make sense for both Wolves and United.
