Wolves are shaping up to be one of England’s busiest clubs between now and the end of the January transfer window.
Even though there are just six days left before the deadline, the Old Gold could yet sign off on multiple deals.
Besiktas’ Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is among Wolves’ midfielder options. Vitor Pereira also wants to sign Kevin Danso from RC Lens but faces competition from Rennes.
It isn’t just incomings that are expected in the window’s final days though.

Carlos Forbs heading for early Wolves exit
In addition to Mario Lemina being in talks to join Torino, and despite only joining on loan last summer, forward Carlos Forbs could also leave Wolves before the window closes.
According to AD, Ajax are considering recalling the 20-year-old in the hope he can add to their firepower as they push PSV all the way in the race for the Eredivisie title. Ajax currently sit four points behind PSV at the top of the table but have a vital game-in-hand.
And with the fixtures coming thick and fast, although Forbs wouldn’t be an automatic starter for Francesco Farioli, his inclusion would certainly relieve the pressure on the likes of Wout Weghorst, Bertrand Traore and Brain Brobbey.
Not worked out
Signed by Gary O’Neil, Forbs has endured a tough time under Pereira and could depart the Midlands are just six months.
Even though he is currently out with an ankle injury, the forward has started just one Premier League game all season. His development has suffered as a result.

The young attacker’s miserable time in the Midlands looks to be coming to an end, and even if Ajax decide against recalling him this window, Wolves are certain not to sign him permanently in the summer.
Although many will argue Forbs hasn’t been given enough chances, with Wolves embroiled in a dogfight at the bottom of the Premier League, Pereira cannot risk any failed experiments.
