The 2025 summer transfer window will give Vitor Pereira the chance to bolster his Wolves squad.
Pereira has transformed Wolves since his arrival at Molineux back in December.
The Portuguese coach navigated a successful January transfer window and will hope to do the same in the summer, when great change is expected.
Matheus Cunha is eager to leave Wolves, handing Pereira the task of replacing the Brazilian, something that could inspire the Old Gold to revisit one previous transfer target.

Fabrizio Romano shares Joao Felix transfer update
Rewind to 2019, and the eyes of the footballing world were on 19-year-old Joao Felix.
At the time, Birmingham Live noted Wolves’ interest in the Benfica starlet, who eventually signed for Atletico Madrid for a club-record fee of £113m.
Wolves stood no chance at recruiting the Portuguese talent back then however, the tables have turned, and a door could now open for the Old Gold six years later.
Taking to X, Fabrizio Romano shared an update on Felix’s future, confirming that the forward will return to Chelsea after his loan at AC Milan, with another loan potentially on the cards.
The Blues are expected to ‘assess the situation’ before deciding what to do next with Felix, a scenario that Wolves could be alerted to.
While the Portugal international isn’t making the headlines as he was when Wolves were first interested, Felix is still only 25 years old, with room there for the versatile attacker to find a place to kick on next season.

As evident above, Felix has struggled since leaving Atletico Madrid, seeing his performance levels drop quite considerably.
A lack of confidence and no place to call home are contributing factors to such, emphasising the need for his next loan spell to be a hit.
Transfer expert analyses chances of Joao Felix to Wolves
Wolves aren’t afraid of hiring high-profile figures on a temporary basis, just look at Diego Costa’s loan spell in 2022/23.
There’s a traceable similarity between Wolves signing Costa and Felix’s situation, with both players being clients of Jorge Mendes.
Though there have been no recent concrete links between the West Midlands club and Felix, Molineux News explored the possibility of Wolves signing the Chelsea outsider in the summer.
“With Jorge Mendes, you can’t rule anything out – we know Felix isn’t staying at Milan after this season,” TBR’s transfer expert Graeme Bailey told us.
“Could he move to another Premier League team? It is possible. We know Wolves were linked, and also that Aston Villa held talks, so it is really possible.
“Don’t rule out a move back to Portugal, too. In a World Cup year, a season of full football might be what he wants and needs.”
With a star name in Cunha needing to be replaced, could Wolves look at a once world-beating talent to bolster the ranks? Only time will tell, but Felix could be one to watch.
