Wolves had a successful January transfer window that helped the club to stave off relegation.
Vitor Pereira is receiving his flowers now, having overseen a run of five straight wins in the Premier League.
The Portuguese has turned things around at Molineux in a big way, and the feeling now is in stark contrast to six months ago.
Key to the improvements at Wolves has been the manager getting the team to be more solid at the back.
Wolves always needed new centre-backs in January, and the club signed two in Emmanuel Agbadou and Nasser Djiga.
We are yet to see much of Djiga, but Agbadou – who won Wolves’ Player of the Month in just a few weeks of signing – has been a revelation.
Wolves can certainly be happy with what they did in the last window, but it has now been suggested the club might have ended up with another player.
Wolves made Michael Keane enquiry in January

Recently it was suggested that Wolves had some interest in Everton defender Michael Keane, who is set to leave the Toffees when his contract expires in the summer.
Some Wolves fans gave a negative reaction to the links to Keane, despite his status as a soon-to-be free agent.
Keane is expected to depart, after signing for the club in 2017 for £30 million (BBC Sport) from Burnley.
But now, TEAMtalk have claimed Wolves actually did make an enquiry in January to sign the player.
But Wanderers ultimately decided against a move.
It’s unclear why exactly Wolves came to the decision they did.
Of course, Wolves did sign Agbadou and then Djiga. But seemingly there was scope for another central defender to arrive.
Because Wolves were sensationally linked with a deadline day move for Conor Coady, who wanted to return.
This came amid Pereira banishing Craig Dawson from Wolves training and leaving him out of Wolves’ updated Premier League squad.
Wolves right not to move for Keane
Keane has been a solid defender in the past, with Sean Dyche hailing him as ‘fantastic’ when he left Burnley to join Everton (Lancashire Telegraph). Dyche would then link back up with the player at Goodison Park a few years later.
But Keane, 32, isn’t the player he was once was. Data has shown this season that he’s only won around 50% of his duels, and has also picked up quite a few bookings.
He has not played much for Everton this term, with Jarrad Branthwaite and James Tarkowski the regulars in the backline.

Keane replaced the injured Tarkowski against Manchester City at the weekend, and was criticised for his defending on the goal City scored to break the deadlock.
Wolves landed firmly on their feet with the signing of Agbadou, and hopefully Djiga will prove to be a great addition too.
It remains to be seen if Wolves will come in for Keane this summer when he becomes a free agent, but fans will likely hope for a more glamorous name.
