Wolves fans are clamouring for new faces following the arrival of Fer Lopez, and the club are said to be battling Sunderland for one target.
Lopez arrived at Molineux last week as the club’s first addition of the window.
Costing £19.5 million, hopes are high over Lopez, although the club have been keen to play down suggestions he’ll be Matheus Cunha’s replacement.
Wolves now need to keep the ball rolling.
A number of players have already left, and Semedo is also likely to depart Wolves with his contract expiring in just days.
And there has now been a claim to suggest that Wolves are looking at an English centre-back.
Wolves and Sunderland in transfer battle over Japhet Tanganga

It’s been reported by TEAMtalk that Wolves are interested in signing Japhet Tanganga, who is currently at Millwall.
Tanganga has been at The Den since last year, joining from Tottenham Hotspur.
Perhaps surprisingly, Tanganga has a very tantalising £1.2 million release clause in his contract, and the feeling is that several clubs would be willing to trigger it this summer.
But Wolves aren’t the only side keen; Sunderland are in the mix too, as they bid to strengthen ahead of their return to the top-flight.
But both Wolves and Sunderland could be stung by the player.
Because TEAMtalk stated that Tanganga could snub the Premier League in favour of a move overseas.
In a blow for both clubs, it’s claimed one ‘unnamed’ Bundesliga team are pushing, while clubs in France and Turkey are also keen. Millwall are resigned to losing Tanganga, who was one of the standout defenders in the Championship last term.
But Wolves have had interest in Tanganga before, and there may well be a determination to convince him to join.
Tanganga could make for a smart signing by Wolves
Tanganga is a player worth keeping an eye on because he will surely be on the move somewhere in this window, after the season he just had.
The £1.2 million release clause is a major lure, for a player who has previous experience playing in the Premier League.

For Tottenham, he made 27 appearances in the top-flight.
Tanganga is also versatile, and can play right-back, so he could well be ideal competition for Matt Doherty to play on the right of Wolves’ back three.
But from the report, it does sound like overseas might be his preference, so a charm offensive may be required by Wolves if they’re to bring him to Molineux.
