Wolves have now responded to Juventus’ transfer interest in Andre

Wolves have made their stance on Andre abundantly clear amid shock transfer links to Juventus.

There have been few signings better than Andre in recent years at Wolves, as the midfielder has shown his worth during his short amount of time at Molineux.

Vitor Pereira is a firm admirer of Andre and what the Brazilian offers to his squad, being the perfect partner for Joao Gomes in the engine room.

The 23-year-old’s early success in the Premier League hasn’t gone unnoticed, not just by those in England, as clubs abroad are taking notice.

Juventus are interested in signing Andre this summer, which concerned Wolves fans as the Brazil international is indispensable.

The Italian club are on the prowl for a new midfielder if Douglas Luiz leaves, with the Wolves star at the top of the list.

Wolves fans laughed at Juventus’ valuation of Andre, as Italian media quoted that the Bianconeri would be willing to pay around the £30m mark for the 23-year-old’s services.

It didn’t take long for supporters to respond to the news, and now, Wolves have made their stance clear.

As reported by Sky Sports, Wolves ‘consider’ the Brazilian to be ‘untouchable in the current transfer market’, which is music to fans’ ears.

Sky note that as far as Wolves are concerned, Andre is not by any means for sale amid Juve’s interest, giving other clubs an indication of their chances of landing the former Fluminense star.

Andre’s market value proves how underrated he is

If Wolves fans were humoured by Juventus’ valuation of Andre, then the midfielder’s current market value will come as even more of a surprise.

According to Transfermarkt’s data, Andre is valued around the £24m mark, which is almost comical.

Now that Wolves have slammed the chances of letting the Brazilian leave shut, there’s room for their midfield maestro to kick on and develop into an even better player.

For now, Andre is firmly a Wolves player, with Juventus handed a clear response to interest.
