Wolves are picking up their aggression on the market after agreeing a deal for left-back David Moller Wolfe.
Wolves fans will be happy to see some activity in the defender market, after concerns over a lack of options to replace Rayan Ait-Nouri and Nelson Semedo.
Wolves are understood to be very happy with the Moller Wolfe move, having beaten seven clubs to his signature.

But that won’t be the last defensive signing of the window, and Wolves are now looking to hijack a move for a player admired by gaffer Vitor Pereira.
Wolves re-enter the race for Robert Renan, Vitor Pereira knows him
As fans process the news of a new left-back, Vitor Pereira has his sights set on another defensive addition.
21-year-old Brazilian centre-back Robert Renan has been a person of interest in internal recruitment discussions for a few months now. Pereira has admired Renan for some time, having worked with him at Corinthians in 2022.
After his debut at the club, Pereira spoke to Globo Esporte about the young star, saying: “His quality, for me, is that of a top team defender”.
Renan is currently in the middle of negotiations for an 18-month loan with Bahia. Terms were even agreed but new interest from Wolves has stalled progress on the deal.
Brazilian journalist Andre Hernan reports: “Negotiation between Robert Renan and Bahia is stalled. Bahia had agreed on an 18-month loan with the player, but Wolverhampton has entered the scene again. Vitor Pereira knows him from his time at Corinthians. At the moment, the negotiation is frozen.”
Where does Robert Renan fit in the Wolves defence
Renan would provide competition for Toti Gomes, but more importantly, he would provide much-needed cover in the position.
Pereira has acknowledged the need for another left-footed centre-back, explaining his preference for the trait in his defensive lineups.

The Brazilian can also provide cover at left-back, though that position appears to be plugged with the arrival of Moller Wolfe.
Renan would be a fantastic addition to a relatively bare squad, though the loss of Nelson Semedo on the right leaves Ki-Jana Hoever as first choice on that flank. Given the uncertainty around Hoever’s future just weeks ago, it’s clear Pereira would like another option at right-back.
With additions also still needed in attack, the only reservation about this deal is the fee. Renan has a £22 million release clause. For what will initially be a squad player, such a fee may be more than what Wolves are prepared to spend.
