Vitor Pereira is eyeing new additions to his Wolves squad to secure Premier League survival this season.
The Old Gold made their first signing of the January transfer window last week, as Wolves confirmed the arrival of centre-back Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims.
Agbadou has since started in the win over Bristol City and defeat to Newcastle United. However, Pereira wants two more signings this month, one of which is a midfielder.
It’s a position the 56-year-old was already looking to strengthen but after Mario Lemina refused to play against Newcastle, the 31-year-old could be on his way out of Molineux.
Lemina has interest from Al Shabab and Galatasaray, who appear to be in a transfer tug-of-war to sign the midfielder while Wolves have seemingly found his replacement.

Wolves submit £10m offer to sign Vitoria Guimaraes star Manu Silva
It’s been quiet on the transfer front over the past few days. However, on Friday night, Fabrizio Romano revealed that Wolves have submitted a €12m (£10 million) bid for Vitoria Guimaraes midfielder Manu Silva.
According to the transfer guru, Wolves’ proposal includes a 10% sell-on clause, with a deal to sign the Portuguese star underway.
The Premier League have had success shopping in Liga Portugal previously, having lured the likes of Ruben Neves, Rui Patricio and Joao Moutinho from the top division.
Most recently, Wolves also signed versatile wing-back Rodrigo Gomes for £8.5 million from Braga, and the 21-year-old is beginning to flourish at Molineux.
Now, they’ll hope Silva is the latest star to be unearthed from Portuguese shores and become an instant hit in Wolverhampton if he signs.
Everything Wolves fans need to know about Manu Silva
Silva’s career so far only spans two clubs, and they’re both in Portugal, amassing a combined 92 appearances in the first teams of Vitoria Guimaraes and Feirense.
Still only 23-years-old, the Wolves target has shown his versatility over the years, operating as both a defensive midfielder and centre-back.
The Portuguese star has only played as a number six this term however, his capacity to slot into central defence makes him an ideal candidate to replace Lemina at Wolves.
Standing at 6 ft 2, Silva – who has been dubbed ‘incredible’ – also brings height and strength to a midfield that has lacked the former as well as cover for a defence that is weak.
Known for his incredible passing range and ability to read the game, capturing the 2001-born talent could be a steal for just £10m, with supporters no doubt hoping a transfer progresses in the coming days.
