Wolves fans have today been reacting to reports that Celta Vigo are interested in bringing back Fer Lopez.
Wolves shelled out nearly £20 million in the summer to sign Fer Lopez, which raised eyebrows due to his lack of first-team experience.
But Lopez then caught the eye in pre-season for Wolves, and fans had hoped to see him really kick on.
Does Fer Lopez deserve more minutes for Wolves?
But opportunities under Vitor Pereira were few and far between, and the Spaniard has warmed the bench for the most part so far.
Now, it has been claimed that Celta Vigo have expressed interest in signing Lopez back on loan in January.
However, it has been reported that Lopez’s wages could prove to be a sticking point for Celta, as they seek to lure him back to Spain.
On social media, fans have been having their say on this situation.
Wolves fans worried by Fer Lopez links

Lopez is just the latest new Wolves signing to be linked with an early exit from the club.
Tolu Arokodare is thought to be on Fenerbahce’s radar, while Jhon Arias has been linked with Galatasaray and others.
Lopez is one of the least used players in Wolves’ squad at the moment, with only Mateus Mane featuring less so far.
Certainly, it’s not hard to understand why there are now reports linking him with an early exit.
But several fans would be against a mid-season departure for Lopez.
@Oscarinblack: “Vitinha II incoming.”
@18771969ww: “Should be playing more.”
@Tjb1887: “I’d start him personally better than Arias.”
@RussellMackuin: “He needs to play for us, others aren’t performing so give him a run.”
@richierooster69: “We won’t have any talent by end of window.”
Fer Lopez was buzzing to sign for Wolves
@21huskyman67: “A great potential for Wolves, who have decided to ruin his career by not playing him. If he is loaned out, we will never see him again.”
@Mark4947: “Just play the kid and get him ready for next season as would be a star. The kid is seriously talented but needs games to improve.”
@VARispain: “Rob NEEDS to use him we cannot miss out on another talent.”
@Wolves_OD: “Don’t you dare wolves I beg 🙏 #wolves #wwfc.”
Edwards must hand Lopez a proper chance at Wolves ahead of January
Lopez has struggled at times this season, but he’s also shown glimpses of his talent and the creativity that Wolves could really do with.
The youngster has had to adapt to a new league and is clearly still getting used to the physicality of the English game.
But he hasn’t been helped with his transition during these first few months.

A good example of this was when Vitor Pereira threw him into the Carabao Cup game with Chelsea, having not given him minutes for weeks.
He then had him playing next to Joao Gomes in midfield midway through the half, and Lopez made a mistake that led to a goal, which probably hurt his confidence.
Rob Edwards may ultimately decide Lopez needs a loan move. But Lopez really needs a proper chance in a Wolves shirt before any call is made.
