Some Wolves fans have been reacting to a claim that the club are interested in Leon Bailey.
It was reported by 90min earlier this week that Bailey is a player on Wolves’ radar. He’s also interesting a few other clubs in the Premier League including Aston Villa.
The player’s stepfather has confirmed (via Bild) that there is interest from the Premier League, and that he and Bailey are assessing their options.
The links to Bailey are exciting.
The 23-year-old has been a fantastic addition for Bayer Levekusen, where he has been since 2017.
The star has shown himself to be a real livewire in the Bundesliga.
Last season he scored 15 goals and made 11 assists across all competitions.
In the past, Bailey has been linked with some of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.
He is certainly a player with huge potential, and anyone that wins the race for him will be lucky.
