Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have been reacting on social media to a claim that the club could make a move for Carlos Vinicius.
The 26-year-old striker is currently on loan with Tottenham Hotspur, where he has scored 10 goals across all competitions so far this season.
Vinicius has been limited to 24 appearances due to presence of the likes of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son in attack.
It’s claimed that Spurs are unlikely to turn the South American’s move to north London permanent and that Wolves are keen (Daily Mail).
Benfica would supposedly like to offload Vinicius though, and Wolves are said to be hoping to secure him for around £26 million.
Wolves are said to be in the mix, having tried to land him before ultimately bringing in Fabio Silva last summer.
With Willian Jose having struggled to make a big impression at Molineux since his loan arrival in January, it is little surprise to be reading about interest in other forwards in the lead up to the summer window.
On social media, Wolves fans have been giving their verdicts on the idea of the club signing Vinicius.
It appears most would take him despite having not had too many chances at Spurs:
Would prefer him to Jose at that money.

After a thoroughly underwhelming season at Spurs making minimal impact that price has to have dropped considerably.
Vinagre + £7m
