Wolves fans have been reacting to a report’s claim that the club could make a £21.4 million bid for Renato Sanches.

Foot Mercato say the Molineux outfit could launch another pursuit of the 24-year-old, after walking away from a deal in the summer.

Sanches is supposedly a target for the club and the plan was to try and get him on loan on transfer deadline day.

But the nature of his injury meant a move did not come to fruition

The club failing to get Sanches really frustrated some supporters, who also wanted another centre-back in.

Lots felt that Fosun had left new manager Bruno Lage a little short.

The conglomerate is under pressure to bring in new faces in the next window.

For many, Sanches should be a priority.

On social media, some fans have been reacting to the claim about Wolves potentially making a £21.4 million bid for Sanches.

Unsurprisingly, lots of fans have reacted positively. But there are a few who are a little sceptical.

It is probably unlikely Lille would accept such an amount for a player as good as Sanches.

But he does have less than two years on his contract, so Lille surely can’t be demanding much more.
