Romain Saiss could leave Wolverhampton Wanderers in the next few weeks.
The Athletic have reported the 31-year-old is ‘likely’ to depart Molineux, as the club step up their pursuit of a new centre-half.

Saiss is one of the longest-serving players at the club, joining a month after Fosun bought Wolves back in 2016.
He has clocked up 174 appearances to date, and been a part of a very successful past few seasons.
But it seems his time in the Black Country might be coming to an end.
He saw his contract extended earlier this year after making a certain amount of starts in the Premier League.

He therefore has one year left at Molineux.
But Wolves are operating on a sell-to-buy policy, and Saiss is one of a few names mentioned.
Ideally the club would like to keep Ruben Neves and Adama Traore, which is something many fans will be able to get behind.

On social media, fans have been reacting to the claim about Saiss.
Many recognise everything he has done for the club, but some acknowledge it might now be the right time to move on:
