Wolves are reportedly showing interest in Kieffer Moore.
It has been claimed today that the club are looking at the Cardiff City man as a possible signing late on in the transfer window.
Currently, Bruno Lage only has two centre-forwards at his disposal.
Raul Jimenez will be the main man this term, and Fabio Silva will likely operate as his deputy.
Given Lage has often used the 4-4-2 system in the past though, there’s a chance he could eventually play both players in a partnership.
If that is to be the plan, another centre-forward will need to be brought in.
Moore, 29, enjoyed a great campaign last season, scoring 20 times in the Championship.
The 6ft 5in star is a real handful, and would potentially be well suited to the Premier League.
According to Wales Online, Moore could cost upwards of £10 million.
So it remains to be seen if that’s an affordable price for Wolves.
On social media fans have been giving their takes on the links to Moore.
It seems quite a few people would take him as an alternative option to Jimenez and Silva. But some are not exactly blown away by the link:
Do you know what mate, he would be a decent signing.

Not sure on this you can get Eduoard from Celtic similar money. And even someone like Sasa Kalajdzic if you want a tank … Younger and scored goals in Bundesliga at 6’7. I quite like Moore but I mean who else in for him …. Nobody. Seems a bs rumour just getting attention tbh

Struggling to see any benefit to signing him. He’s a lump it forward, lower league style striker. More than £7m for a last 10 minute player? Gotta bring in a solid second striker to rotate with Fabio Silva, not a journeyman to take a chance on

#WWFC | Kieffer Moore would be a BRILLIANT signing for Wolves.
If you watched him at the EUROs especially, top player. Such a threat in the air. Would bully any defender. Brings us something we’re missing, for a low price.
Get him in @Wolves 🏴

I’d take him for a back up for literally anything less than £5m, if we pay more then we’re mad. Physical presence in the box, and the amount of crosses we seem to be putting in the box, he’d be a handful… we should be looking at better but I’d take him for a couple of million👀 https://t.co/o1RJMUWKWR
