Wolves fans react as Ilaix Moriba is linked

Wolves fans have been reacting to claims the club have been offered Barcelona youngster Ilaix Moriba.

90min reported yesterday that Wolves are one of a host of clubs on the teenager’s tail.

Supposedly all the Big Six Premier League clubs are keen.

He is being linked with a move away from the Nou Camp, because he recently refused an offer of a contract extension from the club.

The situation is an uncomfortable one for them, as the player can leave for free next year.

Losing a player with such massive potential would really sting for Barca.

Moriba has already been likened to Paul Pogba by Denis Silva Puig, a former coach of the player (Bleacher Report).

Given Barca’s awful financial situation, there is a more than reasonable chance of him leaving the club during the current window.

Wolves are said to have been offered the player’s services.

Earlier this year, Moriba’s father stated that his son wanted to stay at Barca.

But it remains to be seen whether the club can make a suitable contract offer.
