Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have been reacting to a claim that three clubs are now chasing Owen Otasowie.
According to The Telegraph, Anderlecht, Wolfsburg and Nice are all on the tail of the talented 20-year-old, who has struggled for minutes this season.
The three clubs are all hoping to get Otasowie on a short-term deal if he is permitted to leave Molineux on loan.
The report comes after Nuno Espirito Santo actually handed Otasowie a rare start against West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
That was his sixth first-team appearance of 2020/21, but fans have regularly questioned why he hasn’t played more.
The youngster was very bright on his debut against Chelsea back in December.
But the manager has been very reluctant to use him, despite the team struggling as a collective.
On social media, fans have been reacting to the report of three teams chasing the midfield dynamo.
The consensus appears to be that Otasowie should be kept so as not to weaken the squad:
Shouldn’t be going anywhere if nothing else he would be a excellent squad player

Give him as much game time as possible now until the end of the season along with Vitinha, MGW, Silva and Killman all made an impact and should be given an opportunity to earn stripes ahead of next season and pre-season recruitment before deciding on whether to keep them on board

Would be a good move for him but not for our squad size. https://t.co/0F8rz8GnUx

We need him for depth reasons and his minutes should be alot higher next season. I don’t see why we’d do this even if we did bring a midfielder in. https://t.co/2IOWQSMd24

No, it’s easy, you simply play him https://t.co/KgzExtvAlF
